D. Timothy Byrne: Senior Associate

A native of Los Angeles, California with over 17 years experience in the commercial real estate market of Southern California and the Western United States, D. Timothy Byrne possesses proven expertise in commercial real estate brokerage, asset management, property management, finance, appraisal and leasing.

Since 1988, Tim has closed transactions in Southern California totaling over $180 million in commercial sales. Ranked as a national Coldwell Banker top seller, Tim has repeatedly been recognized for outstanding sales achievement and has been awarded the company’s highest honor, The Circle of Distinction Platinum Award. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.

Molly Byrne: Associate

Molly Byrne specializes in the sales and leasing of commercial real estate investments, income property, industrial and retail. Her key focus ranges from business development to multi-family investment acquisitions to client based marketing strategies. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Molly was Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for a national policy organization for over six years. Molly holds a double major from Loyola Marymount University in history and political science and a Masters Degree in Management from George Washington University.
